If You're Gainfully Employed and Grateful, Show It by Contributing
April 11 - 14, 2013 in Los Angeles, CA, we will change lives and you can be a part of it.
Join amazing guest speakers, such as Michael Stevenson, Les Brown, Bob Donnell, Lauren Solomon and more by contributing to the cause. Every little bit counts.
Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help 1,000 people who are unemployed, underemployed, active military and veterans to Change the Tide of their lives, be empowered, get motivated and get their lives back on track.
What's the Money For?
Putting on an event is not cheap. $25 per person is the bare minimum, and much of what makes this event happen will be based on volunteerism and contribution, including our speakers who are waiving their speaking fees.
All funds will go toward production and promotion of the event, including:
- Rental of the room ($8,000 - $10,000)
- Promotion of the event through radio, print and internet ($10,000)
- Hard costs, handouts, etc ($5,000)
How to Contribute
There are three main ways you can contribute:
- Contribute to fund the project. Every bit helps. Contributions from $5 to $5000 will receive special perks as thanks from our sponsors, but the best reason to contribute is to help us change lives. Click here to contribute with PayPal or Credit Card through our partner, Transform Destiny.
- Spread the word. Share this link on your facebook, twitter, email, myspace... wherever you share.
- Help out at the event. It takes a lot of work to put on an event for 1,000 people and we need all the help we can get. Please volunteer to crew the event. Helping to change lives changes your life for the better, too. Please contact Michael Stevenson to volunteer at this event.
